What awaits you?
Definition of purchasing strategies
– Analysis of corporate goals and translation into purchasing strategies
– Definition of targets and long-term plans for the purchasing area
Negotiation and contract management
– Negotiating contracts and conditions with suppliers
– Development of framework agreements and safeguarding of legal aspects
– Monitoring and enforcement of contractual agreements
Supplier management
– Identification and selection of strategically important suppliers
– Establishing and maintaining partnerships with key suppliers
– Evaluation of supplier performance and risks
Cost optimization
– Analysis of cost structures and identification of potential cost savings in coordination with SCP and Controlling
– Implementation of cost-cutting measures taking into account quality and performance
Master data maintenance in the ERP system

What do you bring?
– Completed university degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, business administration or comparable training, ideally with additional commercial qualifications.
– More than 5 years of professional experience in strategic purchasing and supplier management, ideally in the automotive production materials sector.
– Your negotiation and communication skills as well as your contract expertise set you apart.
– You are confident in dealing with suppliers and have extensive knowledge of the procurement market specifics for automotive components, ideally in the E/E area.
– You have a good knowledge of MS Office systems and ERP systems.
– Very good written and spoken German and English skills are required.
– Willingness to travel.
– Strong teamwork and communication skills as well as strong negotiating skills, persuasiveness and a confident manner are a matter of course for you.
– Your independent and goal-oriented way of working, your entrepreneurial thinking and cost awareness round off your profile.
