In the following information we provide information about the type, scope and purpose of use of the personal data that is collected, processed and used during your visit to our website (according to Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)).

Usage data

When you visit our website, so-called usage data is temporarily stored on our web server as a log for statistical purposes in order to improve the quality of our website. This record consists of

– of the page from which the file was requested,

the name of the file,

– the date and time of the query,

the amount of data transferred,

– the access status (file transferred, file not found),

– the description of the type of web browser used,

– the IP address of the requesting computer, which is shortened so that a personal reference can no longer be established.

Data transfer to third parties

We transmit your data within the scope of an order processing according to. Art. 28 DSGVO to service providers who support us in the operation of our websites and related processes. Our service providers are strictly bound by instructions and contractually obligated to us accordingly. These can be, for example, service providers for hosting or web analysis.

Data transfer to third countries

In some cases, we transfer personal data to a third country outside the EU. An adequate level of data protection can be achieved pursuant to. Art. 46 par. 2 lit. c GDPR can be adopted through the use of EU standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

We use cookies on our websites. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your terminal device and can be read. A distinction is made between session cookies, which are deleted as soon as you close your browser, and permanent cookies, which are stored beyond the individual session. Cookies may contain data that make it possible to recognize the device used. In some cases, however, cookies only contain information about certain settings that cannot be related to a specific person.

The data processing takes place on the basis of your consent in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter f GDPR or Article 15 Paragraph 3 Clause 1 TMG, provided that you have given your consent via our cookie banner. You can revoke your consent at any time.

You can set your browser to inform you about the placement of cookies. This makes the use of cookies transparent for you. You can also delete cookies at any time using the appropriate browser settings and prevent the setting of new cookies. Please note that our web pages may then not be displayed optimally and some functions may no longer be technically available.

Google Analytics

We use the web analysis tool “Google Analytics” to design our website according to your needs. Google Analytics creates usage profiles based on pseudonyms. For this purpose, permanent cookies are stored on your terminal device and read by us. In this way, we are able to recognize returning visitors and count them as such.

The data processing takes place on the basis of your consent in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 lit. a GDPR, provided that you have given your consent via our banner.

You can revoke your consent at any time. Please use the button under the item “Cookies” and make the appropriate settings via our banner.

As part of Google Analytics, Google supports us as a processor in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. The data processing can also take place outside the EU or the EEA. With regard to Google, an appropriate level of data protection in accordance with Article 45 (1) GDPR can be assumed through the use of EU standard contractual clauses.

Data security

In order to protect your data from unwanted access as comprehensively as possible, we take technical and organizational measures. We use an encryption process on our website. Your details are transmitted from your computer to our server and vice versa via the Internet using TLS encryption. You can recognize this by the fact that the lock symbol is closed in the status bar of your browser and the address line starts with https://.

Embedded YouTube videos

We embed videos on our websites via the third-party provider YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA, which are not stored on our servers. To ensure that calling up our websites with embedded videos does not automatically result in third-party content being reloaded, we initially only display locally saved preview images of the videos. The third-party provider does not receive any information as a result. Content from the third-party provider is only reloaded after you click on the preview image. This gives the third-party provider the information that you have accessed our site and the usage data that is technically required in this context. We have no influence on further data processing by the third party. By clicking on the preview image, you give us your consent to reload third-party content. The embedding takes place on the basis of your consent in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 lit. a GDPR, provided that you have given your consent by clicking on the preview image. Google Maps

We use Google Maps to display maps and to create directions. Google Maps is operated by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. If you use the Google Maps map, e.g. by clicking on our locations listed there, information about your use (in particular the IP address of your computer) can, to our knowledge, be transmitted to a Google LLC server in the USA and stored there. The processing of personal data using technically necessary cookies and your IP address is based on the legal basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR in the interest of designing our website as optimally as possible for you. We have no influence on the further processing of data by Google LLC. Please also read the Google Maps Terms of Use if you wish to use the service. You have the possibility to contact us via a web form. To use our contact form, we need your name and e-mail address. You can provide additional information, but you do not have to.

The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. We only use your data to process your request.

Your rights as a user

When processing your personal data, the GDPR grants you, as a website user, certain rights:

1. right of access (Art. 15 GDPR):

You have the right to request confirmation as to whether personal data concerning you is being processed; if this is the case, you have a right to information about this personal data and to the information listed in Art. 15 DSGVO

2. right to rectification and erasure (Art. 16 and 17 GDPR):

You have the right to immediately request the correction of incorrect personal data concerning you and, if necessary, the completion of incomplete personal data.

You also have the right to request that personal data concerning you be deleted without delay, provided that one of the reasons listed in detail in Article 17 of the GDPR applies, e.g. if the data is no longer required for the purposes pursued.

4. Right to restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR):

You have the right to request the restriction of processing if one of the conditions listed in Art. 18 DSGVO is met, e.g. if you have objected to the processing, for the duration of any review.

5. Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR):

In certain cases, which are detailed in Art. 20 GDPR, you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request the transfer of this data to a third party.

6. Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR):

If data is collected on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f (data processing for the protection of legitimate interests), you have the right to object to the processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. We shall then no longer process the personal data, unless there are demonstrably compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.

6. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

You have according to. Article 77 DSGVO the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you are of the opinion that the processing of the data concerning you violates data protection regulations. The right of complaint may be asserted in particular before a supervisory authority in the Member State of your residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.
